Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific services or sections of the site. All such additional terms are incorporated herein by reference.

SA Packages reserves the right to modify this website and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review these Terms each time you access the site.

COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, upload, or use in connection with any products ordered from SA Packages. You agree not to include any text, image, logo, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material belonging to any third party unless you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.

By placing an order on this website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have full authority to place the order

  • Your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights

  • Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or defamation laws

You authorize SA Packages to manufacture products on your behalf using the submitted content.


CUSTOMER CONTENT

All information, data, text, graphics, images, designs, and materials (“Content”) submitted by customers remain the sole responsibility of the submitting party. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, indecent, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.

SA Packages does not control or endorse customer-submitted content and does not guarantee its accuracy or quality. Under no circumstances shall SA Packages be liable for any content submitted by customers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any orders placed through your account are deemed authorized by you.

By submitting content, you grant SA Packages a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, store, and process the content solely for order fulfillment and production purposes.

SA Packages reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws and may disclose content if required by law or to protect legal rights, safety, or property.


DESIGN FILES

SA Packages provides design files at 72 DPI (low resolution) only.
High-resolution files may be purchased separately. For pricing, please contact support@sapackages.com.


CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED ARTWORK

  • Artwork must be supplied in CMYK format

  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI

  • SA Packages is not responsible for color changes during RGB-to-CMYK conversion

  • SA Packages is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or improperly formatted artwork


PROOFING & MATCHING

All print orders require customer approval of final artwork and job specifications.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing proofs carefully

  • Confirming spelling, layout, dimensions, folds, and specifications

  • Approving delivery timelines

Once approved, artwork is printed exactly as approved. SA Packages is not liable for errors not identified before approval.

Screen proofs do not guarantee color accuracy. Color variation may occur due to printing processes, materials, or lamination. Color matching is only guaranteed with a paid hardcopy proof.


MATERIALS

Paper and card stock used by SA Packages are not food-grade unless specified in writing before order placement. Food-grade requirements must be communicated prior to production.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is fully responsible for proof and layout approval prior to printing.

SA Packages is NOT LIABLE for errors caused by:

  • Incorrect fonts or graphics placement

  • Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors

  • Incorrect die-cuts, folds, or sizes

  • Customer-approved specifications


COLOR ACCURACY & HARDCOPY PROOFS

SA Packages strives to reproduce colors as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee exact matches without a hardcopy proof. Color reproduction is guaranteed within 90% of the approved proof.


INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SA Packages, its licensors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Content submitted by you that infringes third-party rights


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled depending on production stage:

Stage 1 – Order Placement
Cancellation Fee: $15 + 5% of order total

Stage 2 – Design Processing
Cancellation Fee: Minimum 20%

Stage 3 – Printing
Cancellation Fee: Minimum 50%, cancellation not guaranteed

Stage 4 – Shipped
❌ Orders cannot be canceled


DESIGN ORDERS

All design service fees are non-refundable once the order is placed.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final due to custom production.
If SA Packages confirms an error, the order will be reprinted. No refunds or credits are issued.


RE-PRINTS

Claims for defects, damage, or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

  • 99% of the original order must be returned within 10 days

  • Return authorization is required

  • Rush fees are non-refundable


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines begin after final proof approval.

  • Standard: 10–14 business days (not guaranteed)

  • Priority: 8 business days (guaranteed)

  • Express: 6 business days (guaranteed)

Approval after 11:00 AM EST adds one business day.

SA Packages is not liable for delays caused by weather, carriers, customs, or unforeseen technical issues.

International customers are responsible for customs duties and clearance.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Claims must be filed within 3 business days. SA Packages is not responsible for third-party courier errors.

Industry-standard overages/underages of ±5% may apply.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SA Packages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
